APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 egg

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
Apples
Cinnamon
Butter
Milk

Recipe makes two top and bottoms. Roll out bottoms and prick with fork. Add enough apples to fill pie dish. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add pads of butter on top of this. Cover and cut slits in top. Brush with sugar and milk. Bake 20 minutes at 450 and 350 for 30-35 minutes.
