OIL PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Combine flour and salt. Make a well. Combine oil and milk; add to well. Stir until just blended. Form into 2 balls. Roll each between 2 pieces of wax paper. Loosen top side, turn over remove bottom paper and lace in a 9 or 10 inch pan. Add fruit, cover with top crust.
