1 3/4 c. self rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Nestle's Quik
1/2 c. shortening or oil
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Combine all ingredients except eggs. Beat 2 minutes then add eggs and beat 2 minutes longer. Put in floured and greased tube pan. Cook at 350 degrees until done.
