CHICKEN SQUARES 
8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
2 (5 oz.) cans chicken OR
2 c. chicken or turkey, cut up
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper as desired
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
3/4 c. crushed croutons

Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter until smooth. Add next 5 ingredients. Stir well. Add chicken. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforation to seal. Spoon meat in center of each rectangle; pull corners together to make a square. Brush tops with reserved 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle with crushed croutons. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
