LINDA'S REMOULADE SAUCE 
5 tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. paprika
4 tsp. creole mustard
1 tsp. Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire sauce
Celery hearts and green onions, chopped

Mix together and pour over shrimp. Garnish with parsley.
