FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM | |
4 c. mashed berries 8 c. sugar 2 packs Sure Jell 2 c. water Mix sugar and berries, let stand 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir Sure Jell in water and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Take from stove and add berry mixture to Sure Jell mixture. Stir 5 minutes or more. Pour in glass jars. Let stand at room temperature from 24 to 48 hours. Put lids, don't have to seal. Put in freezer. |
