STUFFING 
1 loaf white bread
1/4 lb. butter
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. rosemary, oregano, sage, ginger, marjoram, thyme
Giblets

Break bread into small pieces. Saute chopped onion in butter. Take off heat and add spices. Mix with bread and chopped giblets. Add beaten egg. Stuff bird.
