FRESH CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh corn cut from cobb
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine ingredients in order listed. Pour into 1 quart baking dish and place in pan of water.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
