SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1/2 sm. pkg. cornbread stuffing, (1/2 for bottom and 1/2 for topping)
1 stick butter
3 c. mashed yellow squash
2 med. onions
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken soup

Spread 1/2 of the half stuffing in bottom of casserole. Mix the remaining ingredients together and place in casserole. Spread remaining half of stuffing on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
