COCONUT JOY CAKE | |
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 10-12 oz. cream of coconut 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed 1 - 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut Bake cake in 9"x13" pan according to package directions. Remove from oven and poke full of holes with a fork. Mix condensed milk, cream of coconut and nuts. Pour over cake. Cool thoroughly. Top with Cool Whip. Cover with coconut. |
