STONE MOUNTAIN BUTTERMILK CAKE 
1 c. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
5 eggs, separated
2 sticks butter
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon
1/2 tsp. almond
1/2 tsp. butter extract
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks, extracts, salt and soda. Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Now mix in sifted flour then fold in egg whites. Grease and flour tube pan. 1 1/2 hours, 325 degrees.
