TOFU TEMPURA 
1 tofu (squeeze out water in cloth)
1/2 lb. shrimp or 2 cans chopped fine
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
Salt for taste
Sugar for taste
Aji-no-moto for taste
1/2 c. green beans, chopped fine
1/2 c. carrot, shredded fine
2 stalks green onion, chopped fine

Mix all the ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonful into deep fat. Fry until deep yellow, not brown.
