CHALOOPIE 
2 cans each golden mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 green pepper, diced sm.
1/2 can jalapeno diced peppers (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced fine

Mix all together. 1 pkg. tortillas (pieces cut up)

Layer chicken, tortillas and sauce until all are used.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

SAUCE TO SERVE OVER CHALOOPIE:

1 cup chicken broth
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 tbsp. chil1 powder
2 or 3 ancho chil1 peppers
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix ingredients together and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
