SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper
Dash of salt
2 cans vegetable soup
Dash of oregano
2 or more c. mashed potatoes

Brown ground beef, celery and onion, salt and pepper. Add soup and oregano. Spread in shallow pan. Cover with mashed potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
