SCRUMPTIOUS CHICKEN 
3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up & dried thoroughly
Pet evaporated milk
1 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Melted butter (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 can milk

Dip prepared chicken into evaporated milk, then roll into Corn Flake crumbs with salt and pepper added. Place chicken pieces skin side up on a foil lined shallow baking pan. Do not crowd, cover, or turn while baking. You can drizzle melted butter over each piece before baking for added flavor. (If less crispy chicken is desired, cover loosely with foil.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Serves 6.

If desired, mix soup with milk and warm. Then spoon over chicken piece on plate.
