CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 med. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 med. red onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (16 oz.) jar salad dressing
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing mix

Place all vegetables in large bowl. Combine sour cream, salad dressing, and dressing mix. Pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
