COOKIE: 1/2 lb. butter (1 c.) 1 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. chocolate chips ICING: 1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tbsp. light corn syrup 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. milk Hershey's syrup Cream 1 cup butter with 1 cup brown sugar. Add vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mixture will be very dry and hard to handle. Add chips. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then ice with confectioners' sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and milk. Drizzle Hershey's chocolate syrup over in zig zag pattern. |
