1 bag spinach
Frozen peas
Feta cheese (crumbled)
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
2 boiled eggs
4 slices fried bacon, crisp
Sour cream mix with mayonnaise and salad dressing (3/4 c. Miracle Whip, 1/4 with mayonnaise)
Tomatoes, optional
Red onions (sliced)

Thaw frozen peas. Mix with spinach. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle layer of mushrooms, one layer of egg and crumble feta cheese. Mix sour cream with Miracle Whip and mayonnaise. Smooth out. Pour over top. Sprinkle top with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese. Garnish with tomatoes.
