OVEN CRUSTED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. marjoram
5 c. cornflakes, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
2 cloves minced garlic
2 1/2-3 lbs. cut up fryer chicken, skinned or may use skinned boned chicken breast

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine melted butter, garlic, flour, salt, thyme, rosemary and marjoram. In shallow dish place cornflakes. Dip chicken in butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place on rack, sprayed with Pam, in shallow baking pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until golden brown. Less time if using boned chicken breast.
