BUTTER RUM SCOTCHIES | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. butter, softened 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. rum extract 3 c. oats 1 pkg. butterscotch chips Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time; beat well after each addition. Add rum extract. Blend until fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Combine completely. Add chips; combine. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets. Bake in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. |
