PINEAPPLE CARROT CAKE | |
1 c. oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. flour 2 c. grated carrots 16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 c. nuts Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
