4 eggs 8 oz. can evaporated milk 4 tbsp. flour 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 (8 oz.) cans chiles (whole) Shredded sharp cheese Shredded Monterey cheese Can of pitted olives (black) Butter casserole dish, then put one layer of chiles then layer of sharp cheese, a layer of tomato sauce, some olives, then Monterey cheese, do repeat. In a bowl whip together 4 eggs, 8 ounce can of milk, then 4 tablespoons of flour. Whip all together and pour on top of Relleno's then bake 25 minutes. |
