Bottled dressing?? The dressing is wonderful and easy. Yes don't let the garlic scare you. I only left out the beans and used some of the dressing to marinate salad ingredients overnight then add all to fresh romaine I also add cherry tomatoes I have been asked to bring this to friends dinners or BBQ's

This is the best antipasto salad with dressing that I have found. I make it frequently for pot luck and club meetings. It is very popular. I substitute deli ham..1/4 pound..and omit the peas.
My husband really likes it so sometimes I fix it for the two of us and we have it for three meals.

This is it! Look no further for a perfect Antipasto Dressing- the salad is nice, but the dressing: it's what makes or breaks an antipasto. And this one is magic. Don't balk on the three cloves of garlic- it's totally in line. I've printed the dressing recipe out and posted it in my pantry for easy access. Yes, it's that good. Thank you for posting this recipe!

So yummy! I did not make the dressing, just surved the salad with a variety of bottled dressings on the side. My 3 kids (7, 5 and 1) even ate it all up. Well except the Olives.
