BACON ROLLS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened to room temp.
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
Bacon

Spread cream cheese, onion, green pepper mixture on bread slices. Cut in half. Fold bread and wrap with 1/2 bacon slice, uncooked. Attach with a toothpick. Bake on rack at 350 degrees until golden brown. Excellent to freeze and bake later.
