COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 sm. box any flavor Jello or pistachio pudding
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix Jello or pudding with cottage cheese. Add drained pineapple. Stir well. Add Cool Whip and nuts. Mix well and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
