1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 sm. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Crumble half of cookies, line bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish; making pudding as directed, mix in cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread on top of cookies. Break remaining cookies, sprinkle on top. Refrigerate.
