DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed slightly
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 c. melted butter

Mix everything together except for topping and put in 9x13 inch greased casserole dish. Top with corn flakes and pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
