VENISON JERKY 
1 lb. venison rounds
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Slice strips of meat approximately 1/8 inch thick. Marinate in sauces and seasonings for 1 hour. Place strips directly on oven racks. Bake at 145 degrees for 8 to 10 hours. May also use food dehydrator if desired.
