PUMPKIN PANCAKES 
2 c. pumpkin, pureed
2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. molasses
Flour to make a stiff batter

These, like squash pancakes, somewhat fill the place of vegetables, as well as bread, and are nice for any meal. (There were no directions to mix these.)
