20 lbs. hamburger
3 c. fresh onion
3 1/2 c. chili powder
1/2 c. salt
1/2 c. sugar
6 (#10) red beans & liquid
3 (#10) tomato puree
2 tbsp. Accent
1 (#10) tomatoes, diced

Cook 20 pounds of hamburger. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer one hour. Stir gently. Clean bottom of pans. (May need to add water.
