FISH FILLETS IN ALMOND BUTTER 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/3 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine (optional)
1/3 c. butter or less
1/2 tsp. dill weed or seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine almonds and butter. Cook 5 minutes until golden brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Arrange fish fillets in mixture, coating each piece. Cook covered for 5 minutes. Don't overcook. Let stand covered for 2 minutes, standing time to complete cooking. Use high speed.
