CHICKEN DIVAN 
20 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 c. chicken, cooked & in sm. pieces
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. dry sherry
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook broccoli according to package directions and place in bottom of large casserole dish. Place small pieces of deboned chicken on top of broccoli. Melt butter and slowly add flour. Add small amounts of chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cream, Worcestershire sauce, Mozzarella cheese, mustard, onion, dry sherry, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour sauce over meat and broccoli. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, return to room temperature and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Before bringing to table add dash of sherry generously over all.
