1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. nuts

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1 stick butter and put in pan for sheet cake. This mixture will be thick. Mix topping ingredients and put on top of cake mix. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
