WHIP CREAM FROSTING 
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. plain gelatin in 4 tsp. cold water

Mix well, let stand 5 minutes then reheat Pyrex cup with gelatin in boiling water. Beat cream until slightly thick, add sugar and vanilla. Then slowly add gelatin to cream, beat until thick.
