1 c. rice
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 container Cool Whip

Cook rice until done in about 1 quart water. When done, make your instant pudding according to package directions. Add pudding and Cool Whip to the rice and beat. You can add a little cinnamon on the top if you wish.
