BEN'S SUPER HEALTHY COOKIES 
1/2 c. soybean butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. barley malt
1/4 c. honey

Mix until very smooth.

2 eggs

Mix again until very smooth.

1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Blend in.

2 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. chocolate or carob chips

Blend until smooth. Drop teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
