SATURDAY NIGHT SUPPER | |
2 lb. hamburger 1 onion 2 cloves garlic or garlic powder 1/2 c. flour 2-4 tbsp. chili powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano 4 c. hot water 1 sm. can tomato sauce Tortillas Black olives 2 c. shredded cheese, Cheddar Brown hamburger, onions and garlic. Add chili powder, salt, oregano and flour. Then add hot water. Cook a few minutes until thickened. Put a layer of tortillas in bottom of baking dish, put layer of meat mixture, then 1/2 cheese. Repeat all 3 layers. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. |
