CREAMED VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 qt. water
4 tsp. chicken base (4 or 5 bouillon cubes
2-3 c. chopped celery
2-3 c. cubed potatoes
Cut up carrots from 1 pkg. California blend frozen vegetables

Simmer above ingredients just until tender. Add the rest of frozen vegetables and simmer until tender. Add 1 pound Velveeta cheese. Heat until melted. Makes 3 quarts.
