TURKEY SCALLAPENNI 
12 turkey breast fillets
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
2 sm. cans sliced mushrooms
1 cube butter
1/2 c. white vermouth or wine
Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
3 eggs, whipped
Seasoned bread crumbs

In skillet, place olive oil. Dip a turkey breast, one at a time, into egg batter, then into bread crumbs. Place in skillet, over medium high heat, brown lightly on both sides. Dot with remaining turkey breasts. Place browned turkey beasts in a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Mince garlic and place it in skillet with cube of butter; add 1/2 cup white vermouth (or wine). Sprinkle in Italian seasoning. Bring to boil, then pour mushrooms. Immediately pour over turkey breasts. Place in oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with pasta.
