FUDGE NUT BARS 
BATTER:

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. rolled oats

FILLING:

4 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt filling ingredients in double boiler.

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to cream mixture. Spread 2/3 of batter on bottom of large greased cookie sheet. Add filling and top with the rest of the batter. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
