PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 baked pie shell

Combine powdered sugar and peanut butter until crumbly. Spread mixture in bottom of baked pie shell, reserving about 1/4 cup.

VANILLA PUDDING FILLING:

4 eggs, separated
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Combine egg yolks, sugar, flour and milk; cook over medium heat until thick, add vanilla. Pour into pie shell over above mixture.

MERINGUE:

Egg whites
About 6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla. Spread meringue over filling; sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture over meringue and bake at 350 degrees until brown.
