PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 box vanilla pudding
Baked pie shell

MERINGUE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs
6 tbsp. white sugar
1/2 c. water
Few grains salt

Mix sugar and peanut butter together. Put half in pie crust, then vanilla pudding. Then butter, then the rest of peanut butter on top. Bake until brown.

MERINGUE: Mix cornstarch, sugar, water, salt and cook until thick. Cool. Beat egg whites until frothy. Add cooked mixture and beat until holds peaks.
