COUNTRY NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. bacon
8 oz. fine noodles
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper
Salt
1 tbsp. horseradish

Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Cook noodles in salted water and drain. Mix all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Add noodles and bacon and toss. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered. Remove cover and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over surface and bake until brown. Serves 8.
