CHICKEN SCALLOP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped

Cook noodles; set aside. Melt butter. Saute onion and green pepper. Add flour, pepper, salt, celery seed and milk. Cook until thickened. Add cottage cheese. Stir in noodles and chicken. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
