PEACH COBBLER 
3 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 c. sugar
6-8 tbsp. butter
Pie crust, enough for 2-crust pie

Make a layer of peaches in a 6x9x3 inch pan, sprinkle with sugar and liberal dabs of butter. Crisscross thin strips of pie crust over this layer. Place another layer of peaches on top of crust, sugar and butter. Crisscross another layer of crust on top. Bake at 400 degrees until brown and bubbly.
