MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN | |
1 (3 lb.) pork tenderloin 1 c. soy sauce 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. catsup 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. sherry 1 sm. onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped Marinate 1 hour or longer. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting every 20 minutes. For less shrinkage, cook 300-325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. |
