CHICKEN DIANE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3 c. chicken or 4 chicken breasts, stewed and sliced
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/8 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp processed cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli according to package directions and then arrange in 9x13x2 inch greased pan. Place chicken over broccoli.

Combine soup and mayonnaise; pour mixture over chicken. Cover with grated cheese. Toss crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
