LEMON MERINGUE PIE 
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 sm. can condensed milk
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar
1 graham cracker pie shell

Mix juice, condensed milk and egg yolks and pour into pie shell. Then, mix egg whites until they are well mixed. Add sugar. Make sure that the whites are not too thick when adding sugar. Spread over the top of the pie and place in bottom of the oven. Take out when lightly browned on top. Refrigerate at least 10-12 hours before eating.
