TUNA 'N RICE BALLS 
1 (9 1/4 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained & finely flaked
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. Minute Rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. grated American cheese

In a bowl combine tuna, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and Minute Rice right from the box. Now blend soup, water and sugar in a skillet; mix 2 tablespoons into the rice mixture along with the eggs. Press into about 20 (1") balls. Bring soup mixture to a boil. Add rice balls. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 5 servings.
