MAPLE-BACON OVEN PANCAKE 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Beat Bisquick, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup, and 1/2 cup cheese by hand until smooth.

Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees until inserted wooden pick comes out clean.

Sprinkle with cheese and bacon and bake 3-5 minutes longer until cheese is melted. Serve with syrup.
